Sandi moved back to Hilltop in 2005 and joined the board as she strongly believes in the importance of neighborhood advocacy. In the past, she served as the President of a Civic Association in northern Virginia where they faced off with the county park system and school board to save 12 houses from a surprise demolition plan and find a reasonable alternative. She is currently a part of the Zoning and Nominations committees.
